Change your thoughts, and transform your life.
Paul Williams Paul Williams

Change your thoughts, and transform your life.

Stop for a moment and think about what you're thinking about at this moment.

If you think that your thoughts shape the course of your life, would you want to make this true by believing it?

If you’re worried about something, getting angry about it, feeling hurt by it, or even wanting to get revenge for it- how do you think that this thought will come back for you?

We want to live joyful lives, so it's important that we think positive, joyous thoughts.

Whatever you send out into the world, good or bad, will eventually come back to you.

Sometimes it can feel like we repeat ourselves without realising. If you keep hearing yourself say something more than three times, try writing it down. It might turn out that that is the way you communicate actually!

At the end of the week, review your list and see how you’ve described your life.

A willingness to change your words and thoughts will help you transform your life.

The way to control your life is by controlling your choice of words and thoughts. You are the only one who can control what goes on in your mind, so always keep that in mind.

The Best is yet to come.
Paul Williams Paul Williams

The Best is yet to come.

I now choose to move away from the limiting beliefs that have been denying me the benefits I so long for.

Every negative thought in my consciousness is now cleared out and let go.

My consciousness is now filled with positive and happy thoughts that make me healthier, and wealthier and lead to a more loving lifestyle.

I now let go of all patterns that may have played a role in developing the fear of loss, fear of being harmed, or fear of lack.

I also release those that have brought me pain, loneliness, self-abuse, undeservingness, burdens or losses of any sort. I truly love and appreciate myself as I allow all my dark thoughts to go.

I now release my resistance to the good in my life. I declare for myself the richness and abundance of life, which flows abundantly in love, prosperity, health and creativity.

All this I deserve and will accept. There are infinite possibilities for me and I can't wait to start exploring them with the One Infinite Allness of Life.

Allow

Allow

Allow yourself to experience any feelings you may have and give yourself space to do so.

A lot of people don't have time to care for themselves, especially those looking after family members.

However, it's a must that we unplug and give ourselves the time and space to feel better.

And if you aren't managing this, your care will be inconsistent. It won't be coming from a place of love.

Speaking from personal experience, even when life is busy it's important to take time to both feel and move your feelings.

For example, you could dance to a song that empowers you and allow your body to follow the moves. You can go for a walk, do some exercise and create something. The right solutions for you will be easy to identify.

Stress & Anxiety

Stress & Anxiety

Everyone should be willing to learn lessons from life and be willing to move on with uncertainty.

Such a journey will take you on the path of success and growth.

Learning from your mistakes and fighting fear are two essential parts of life required for freedom from fear.

We should never fear challenges, as they can take us to a different level by the lessons they provide.

Freedom from fear will help you to establish inner peace after fighting with all the fears.

I have listed 5 easy steps to take the journey of freedom from fear.

Step 1: Come out from your comfort zone

Staying in your comfort zone and avoiding the unwanted, means you have a fear.

Such fear is dangerous, that it depicts how uncomfortable we are with uncertainty.

To get freedom from such fear you can start to become.

If you will always try to be in your comfort zone, after sometime it may lead to worry, anxiety, and fear.

Therefore, it is really important to step out of your comfort zones.

To get out of your comfort zone, you should start thinking out of the box and stretch your limits a more.

Step 2: Bring out the power of self-awareness

While you begin to follow the path of freedom of fear, suggestion is to recognize your limits to the possibility.

Do not give up in the middle of the path as you may feel like resisting uncertainty.

Practice self-compassion here and slightly move towards step 3.

Step 3: Make peace with uncertainty

During step 3, ask limitless questions to yourself and stay open to the possibilities but also be cautious about danger.

Resisting the urge for creating certainty may help in avoiding the discomfort.

This is the major step, in this step you actually allow fear to jump off the cliff and open the door for all possibilities.

My Journey with Stress & Anxiety

My Journey with Stress & Anxiety

It took a while to recognise, but I wasn't managing my stress levels easily.

When I was younger, the little things used to overwhelm me at times.

As I got older, things didn’t get easier, in fact, they got worse.

I felt like I was going crazy, and I thought that nobody would understand how I felt.

Then one day had my first SEVERE panic attack.

I was travelling in the United States away from home.

It was like my head just got all foggy and couldn’t think straight.

It didn’t occur to me it was a panic attack at the time, all I felt was that I was going to die.

The magnitude of that situation was a major wake up call for me.

I knew that I needed to take action at that point.

So I sought some counselling.

I learnt about mindfulness techniques and other ways to deal with anxiety.

I also practised breathing exercises, visualisation and mindfulness to help manage my anxiety.

It was really helpful and began my process of recovery.

I was in control of the panic attacks, but not to my liking.

So I started to feel depressed and let myself go.

This led me to put on quite a bit of weight, which made me feel a lot worse about myself.

I started feeling lonely and detached from everyone and everything in my life.

My self-esteem and confidence plummeted as a result.

I knew that I needed to take action, so it lead me down the road of self-help.

I consumed book after book for solutions.

You Can Heal Your Life by Louise L Hay & Eckart Tolle’s book The Power of Now had a profound impact on me.

I realised then that for most of my life I had been my own toughest critic.

After finishing Louise Hay's book, I began to empathise with the child within me.

I started off using affirmations, I found it all a bit silly at first.

But after time, I began to believe in the things I was affirming about myself.

That there is nothing wrong with me.

I returned to feeling happier, began to work out at the gym after a long break and found myself again.

I also worked ongoingly with a counsellor.

I began to be grateful for how much my life was changing.

I spend less time worrying about things and more time appreciating the beauty of the world around me.

I started meditating every day.
